1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the EROUnits website, product and assembly pages, downloadable materials, quote requests, dealer or partnership inquiries, investor inquiries, and other communications submitted to EROUnits. “EROUnits,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pekkol Investments Inc., a California company that operates the EROUnits website and brand.

This policy does not govern websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties, even when we link to or embed them.

2. Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

When you request a quote, contact us, or discuss a commercial relationship, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, product model, quantity, delivery location, assembly preferences, and any message or business information you include.

The quote form prepares an email to info@erounits.com. The website does not automatically submit or store the form before you choose to send the email. Once sent, the information is processed through your email provider and ours.

Technical information

Our hosting, network, and security providers may automatically process standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, dates and times, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the site.

Information from embedded content

The Assembly page includes an embedded YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Google or YouTube may still receive technical and interaction information when the video player loads or when you interact with it. Their practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and prepare product, freight, assembly, or project quotations;
• evaluate and manage dealer, supplier, commercial, and investment-related communications;

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the site for targeted advertising.

5. Cookies, similar technologies, and third-party content

As of the date above, the EROUnits site does not use first-party analytics pixels or advertising cookies. The site may rely on essential browser and server functions needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

The embedded YouTube player is a third-party service. Even in privacy-enhanced mode, Google or YouTube may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies when the player loads or you interact with it. You can avoid loading the embedded player by not visiting or interacting with the Assembly page. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may affect site functionality.

Links to other websites—including YouTube—take you to services we do not control. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

6. Retention and security

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, tax, accounting, warranty, security, dispute, and legal requirements. The period depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether it develops into a commercial relationship or transaction, applicable limitation periods, and legal retention duties. We delete, de-identify, or securely archive information when it is no longer reasonably required. Third-party services determine retention for information they process under their own policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, email system, website, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using an appropriate communication method and for avoiding sensitive information in ordinary email.

7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

To submit a request, email info@erounits.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our response, reply to our decision and state that you are appealing.

International visitors

Pekkol Investments Inc. is located in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. California privacy disclosures

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about certain disclosures; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service and pricing when exercising those rights. These rights apply subject to statutory scope, thresholds, exceptions, and verification requirements.

In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected are identifiers and contact information, commercial or inquiry information, internet or network activity, and professional or employment-related information that a business contact voluntarily provides. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes and recipient categories described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because our current practices do not include sale or sharing, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices. If our practices change, we will update this policy and honor legally required opt-out preference signals.

Browsers may offer “Do Not Track” settings, but there is no universally accepted standard for responding to them. We do not respond differently to these signals because Pekkol Investments Inc. does not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking. Third-party embedded services may independently process information as described in their own policies.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may contact us regarding California Civil Code section 1798.83 using the contact details below.

9. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, data practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
